Born in a family of craftsmen, for Mr Arshad, the craft of wood carving came naturally to him. He spent his nascent years in his father's workshop where he learnt the intricacies of his craft. His imagination knows no boundaries and each of his works is distilled with ingenuity. In the era of automation and machines, he is saddened by the demise of handicrafts from the forefront of the economy and wants to revive the industry by taking it to a global stage.
